Belgian artist Fabrice Souvereyns, born in 1995 in Tongeren, employs pencil, eraser, and collage techniques on paper to craft detailed drawings that blur the line between reality and abstraction. In his autonomous drawings, Fabrice fills his sheet extensively and fanatically with peculiar figures. Sometimes he erases them just as fanatically, resulting in a membrane of obsessive traces and the drawings begin to look like tattooed skins. His work often reflects intense observations of the natural world, creating a unique visual language.
Fabrice Souvereyns * Tongeren BE, 1995.
